Is binary options trading legal in Nepal?

No Nepali authority licenses these platforms. Nepal Rastra Bank restricts outward payments, so funding a foreign trading account can breach exchange rules.

Can I deposit with crypto from Nepal?

Nepal Rastra Bank declared cryptocurrency transactions illegal in 2021, so crypto deposits carry legal risk on top of trading risk.

What about eSewa or Khalti?

We have not found platforms that accept Nepali e-wallets directly. Be careful with agents who offer to fund your account for cash.

Is there tax on trading profits in Nepal?
